This exciting class for younger children gives them a special place to explore new experiences, expand socialization skills, and become familiar with the classroom atmosphere, with or without a parent to 'hold their hand'.

• Socialization skills are explored during free play, circle time and snack time.
• Fine motor skills start to develop at our sensory table that can hold anything from beans to water. Basic math and science concepts are also easily visualized here.
• Personal artistic expression begins when our children paint freely, complete boundless projects, and use a variety of materials.
• Children start to learn specific ideas such as colors, shapes, letters, and numbers through songs, games, books, puzzles, and activities.
• Crucial gross motor skill development is encouraged through music and movement activities as well as outside play throughout the year, weather permitting.
